Reactive Support

Support without maintenance contract & best effort delivery.

While striving for a strong relationship with our customers, we don’t promote reactive support without maintenance contract and pro-active monitoring for their own sake. However if you would call us when the damage has been done, we will do our very best effort to help you out of trouble in a reasonable time at a rate of 88 € per hour (with monitoring subscription) or 92 € per hour (without monitoring subscription).

Pro-active Support

Support with VP maintenance contract & SLA guarantee.

Buy your IT support in advance with a Value Points maintenance contract (1VP = 15min intervention) and enjoy attractive discounts together with a compelling SLA.
At the end of each month, we provide you with a reporting of used value points for each intervention and the remaining balance.

  • Client Operating Systems
  • VMWare
  • Antivirus
  • Network infrastructure maintenance & troubleshooting
  • MS-365 configuration & administration
  • All kind of other service delivery but no hardware purchase

For onsite interventions shorter than 7 hours, 3 Value-points will be deducted as travel cost.

Outplacement Service

An outplacement contract is established when there is an agreement on an onsite presence of a technician for :

at least 2 fixed days per week during a period of minimum 6 months

at least 3 fixed days per week during a period of minimum 4 months

at least 4 fixed days per week during a period of minimum 3 months

Contracts for less than the above mentioned frequency or duration are not considered as outplacement and a Value Point maintenance contract will be proposed for attractive discounts.
