Files and folders can be created, uploaded, edited online and moved, with very little effort. An access control system securely administers the rights for reading and changing files.
Everybody on your team, workgroup or company can access and share documents from any location with an internet browser. From within your browser, you can create searches based on document indexing or the full-text within each document.
Our service is so easy to use, because the web-based user interface is modeled after the familiar file manager that you probably already use to manage folders and files on your local computer. You can use the Bulk-upload feature to upload entire folders and selected files with a single operation.
Because there is no software to install or maintain, valuable IT resources are conserved.

Pricing
Purchase of the application :
- 900 € for unlimited usage in time and space
- Optional :
- Installation of the application on your webserver : 1 day at 600 € (remote access should be provided temporarly to our developers for installations outside Belgium)
- installation of updates on your webserver while maintaining existing data : 350 € per update (remote access should be provided temporarly to our developers for installations outside Belgium)
Hosting of the application on our servers :
- Installation of the application on the url of your choice (http://yourchoice/intranet) on our servers
including updates and backups: - 450 € per year for 1 GB (+100 € per additional GB)
